The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering companies such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency mentioned it can be alarmed with regards to the high range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a significant amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office focused on service the area every day. The company point made for intervention ordeals a significant influx of possible beneficiaries, that makes it challenging for your office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more means to empower the servicing of all buyers and improve entry to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
